Programme Overview

The Professional Certificate in Public Sector Leadership & Organisational Transformation is designed for senior civil servants, public institution leaders and institutional executives tasked with driving strategic reforms within complex administrative environments. The programme develops the competencies required to design, implement and evaluate high-performing public policies, strengthen institutional governance, improve public service delivery, lead organisational transformations and integrate digital tools and artificial intelligence into executive decision-making processes. The blended learning format combines four months of online training with a five-day executive immersion in Davos, Switzerland.

As a culminating requirement of this programme, each participant completes a Mémoire Professionnel de Fin de Formation, a professional dissertation that bridges academic rigour with real-world strategic application. The memoir is defended before a jury of academic and professional experts.

  • Defence Before a Jury, Present and defend your findings before a panel of academic faculty and industry professionals at the end of the programme.
