CAPIMMO is the reference professional certification preparing real estate professionals to practise with competence, compliance and performance across the full range of real estate professions in Côte d'Ivoire and francophone Africa.
Programme Overview
The Certificate of Aptitude for Real Estate Professions (CAPIMMO) is designed for real estate agents, developers, property managers and legal professionals in the sector. It covers the full range of core real estate disciplines, from law and taxation to transactional technique, project financing and site management. The programme runs over 8 weeks combining 70% practice, 20% peer learning and 10% theory. Participants choose their format for the full duration: online with live sessions, or in-person in Abidjan, which adds site visits, company visits and a study visit to the Abidjan Commercial Court. The programme rests on a professionalising pedagogy combining academic expertise, case studies, role play, professional simulations and immersion in real estate practice.

As a culminating requirement of this programme, each participant completes a Mémoire Professionnel de Fin de Formation, a professional dissertation that bridges academic rigour with real-world strategic application. The memoir is defended before a jury of academic and professional experts.
