Programme Overview

The Professional Certificate in Subdivision Project Engineering develops the competencies needed to assess the feasibility of a subdivision project, organise its set-up and coordinate its implementation with the competent professionals and administrations. It combines five dimensions: the legal securing of rural and urban land, project feasibility, administrative procedures, technical coordination and the economic steering of the operation. Delivered over 5 weeks, online with live sessions or in person in Abidjan (participants choose their format for the full duration), the programme follows a running project that progressively builds a reasoned feasibility file, defended before a jury at the end of the course.
