Have your Masterclass learning outcomes validated and receive a named certificate of training

At the end of the Masterclass, participants who wish to may take part in a learning validation process comprising actual attendance at the session and a quiz assessing the knowledge and skills covered. The named certificate of training is issued only after this process has been validated. The FCFA 50,000 fee covers the assessment process, administrative processing, traceability and issuance of the certificate.

- Director of the Israeli Representation
An international expert in cooperation, skills development and executive training, Katja Ginda is Director of the Israeli Representation of IMO International, an Institute for Human and Organisational Development present in 11 countries. Based in Israel, she is recognised for her commitment to strengthening the capacities of public and private decision-makers across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
She has devoted much of her career to promoting innovation, economic development and leadership through international training programmes. She speaks regularly on leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable agriculture, notably in Israel, Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso.
