The Challenge

Reinventing the exercise of authority to build more human and more effective organisations

The lessons of libertarian thought applied to contemporary management, to rethink cooperation, collective decision-making and the role of the leader.

Executive

You sense that the classic hierarchical model is running out of steam with teams seeking autonomy.

Entrepreneur

You are building your organisation and want to avoid reproducing a purely top-down authority.

Manager

You must decide with your team rather than for it, without losing effectiveness.

Organisation Lead

You are seeking to build genuine cooperation rather than surface-level compliance.

Four profiles, one same tipping point: the moment when leading stops meaning commanding.

A masterclass to reinvent the exercise of authority and build more human, more responsible and more effective organisations.
