Have your Masterclass learning outcomes validated and receive a named certificate of training
50,000 FCFA
At the end of the Masterclass, participants who wish to may take part in a learning validation process comprising actual attendance at the session and a quiz assessing the knowledge and skills covered. The named certificate of training is issued only after this process has been validated. The FCFA 50,000 fee covers the assessment process, administrative processing, traceability and issuance of the certificate.

A national institution for regulation and social conciliation, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire promotes the prevention and amicable resolution of disputes, alongside traditional judicial channels. This masterclass is the 2nd edition of an initiative undertaken by ETHSUN Institute with the institutional support of the Ombudsman of the Republic.
Participants engage directly with the institution's officials on the mandate, tools and mechanisms of institutional mediation, and on best practices for the amicable resolution of workplace conflict.

Profile
Gaoussou Touré
- Ombudsman of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, since March 2026
A native of Odienné, Gaoussou Touré was appointed Ombudsman of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire by decree of President Alassane Ouattara on 10 March 2026, succeeding Adama Tounkara. The Ombudsman of the Republic is responsible for promoting the amicable resolution of disputes between the public administration and citizens, and for strengthening institutional dialogue.
A senior figure in the Rassemblement des Houphouëtistes pour la Démocratie et la Paix (RHDP), he previously held several ministerial positions: Minister of Transport from 2011, where he oversaw the creation of Air Côte d'Ivoire and the modernisation of airport infrastructure, then Minister for the Promotion of Rice Farming from September 2019, before being appointed Minister-Governor of the Autonomous District of Denguélé in June 2021.
